Blood Sugar Measurement
Measuring blood sugar is simple and only takes a few minutes. The test requires just a drop of blood from your fingertip.
For accurate results, we recommend taking the test in the morning on an empty stomach or at the earliest two hours after a meal.
No appointment is necessary.

Blood Pressure Measurement
High blood pressure is common in today’s society. Stress, unhealthy diet and smoking are among the risk factors. Early symptoms such as headaches, dizziness, and general discomfort are often ignored and not associated with high blood pressure.
Ideally, one should avoid smoking, eating, or drinking coffee for 30 minutes before the measurement. Physical activity beforehand can naturally raise blood pressure, so we wait 5 minutes before measuring.
